Our Curriculum Pillars

SpartanCare (Extended Care) & Enrichment Classes

SpartanCare 

Our primary purpose in offering this program is to provide a service to working parents. Our intention is to provide a quality care program, in a safe environment, for St. Martin of Tours Academy students in Grades K-8.

SpartanCare is available every school day except Holy Thursday, the 1st Friday in December, and the last day of school. This service provides a safe environment along with opportunities for exercise, reading, games, and homework assistance.

Cub Scouts

Pack 51 is the oldest Pack and Troop in La Mesa. It was started by Jim and Helen Freed (parishioners) over 40 years ago. Their children are SMA alumni. Boys and Girls interested in Cub Scouting, Kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to join Pack 51.  Contact Mitzi Elsten at (619) 889-6003 or email scoutpack51lamesa@gmail.com for more information.

Girl Scouts

Girl Scouts USA is a national organization dedicated to “building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place”.  Troop 5199 was established at St. Martin of Tours Academy in 2018 and is part of the Girl Scout San Diego La Mesa Service Unit. Troop meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month in Barry Hall from 2:30-4:30pm.  For inquiries about joining or starting your own troop contact Alex Prsha at gstroop5199@gmail.com.
